“ What a nice treat while on a short vacation to the city. The food was really good. The crinkle cut fries were perfect the burgers were so delicious. Although I wouldnt get bacon again. The bacon was barely cooked and I pulled it all off the burger. Nothing like slimy undercooked bacon. But I didnt let it ruin my burger. The special sauce was a nice take on the burger as well dont forget to add it!!! We tried the sunset and tropical kiwi lemonades. Hands down best lemonades ever. Both had incredible sweet flavors. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom had been absolutely destroyed by someone so I let a nice man at the counter know and he quickly had someone take care of it, so that we could use it. He then came to me and thanked me for letting them know. All it takes is for one person to make a mess like that, and he appreciated me for telling him. I do want to offer one suggestion. Please wipe down the screens that everyone touches!!! Its really gross. You can see all the slimy fingerprints all over them. Or even put alcohol wipes next to it so even the patrons can do it. Im sure more people would love to wipe them down before using them than you think. All in all very impressed with this location. I would gladly come to this burger joint again ”

“ The food was very very good. Cooked perfect, the fries were crispy. Filtered water available. My ONLY complaint is that it was nearly 50 for two plain cheeseburgers, an avocado burger and a fry.....but also not that outrageous of a price. As a single parent on one income, its hard that this had to be considered a once in a while special treat. ”

Everyone else had food delivery at the tables apart from us which was kind of odd. Customer service should be worked on a little more but overall its a fast food joint and the food was great! “ Okay so I had eaten half my burger before I thought to take a picture so its not the best picture, I didnt plan to post a review but the burger quickly had me changing my mind. The ordering kiosks were so easy to use, and since it was my first time there, having multiple kiosks was super nice because I didnt feel pressured to hurry. My burger was amazing, cooked exactly as a burger should be! The shack sauce was so good. I walked this back to my hotel and the fries stayed nice and crisp. I am ashamed to say I didnt get a shake but I plan on going back!! ”
